Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for researchers evaluating AminosPure as a supply partner.
Are your products for human consumption or use?
No. All AminosPure products are research chemicals sold solely for laboratory research, development, and analytical purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption or administration, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, household use, or any non-research application.
What is the stated purpose of these products?
Research and analytical use only. Every product page labels the item as a research chemical and specifies laboratory/analytical intended use. We do not sell products with an unspecified purpose.
How do you prevent non-research purchases?
We require age verification (21+ with date of birth), mandatory research-use attestations before site entry, clear research-only labeling on every page, and order review. We may refuse or cancel orders when non-research use, personal use, or lack of qualification is indicated.
Are products third-party tested?
Yes. Released batches are evaluated by third-party analytical partners using methods such as HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of analysis documenting identity/purity for research documentation are available by lot upon request.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared from U.S. facilities for research procurement. Domestic research shipping is standard; international availability depends on destination regulations and carrier restrictions. Buyers are responsible for import compliance for research materials.
Do products include instructions for human use?
No. We do not provide human-use instructions, personal dosing guidance, medical advice, or administration protocols. Materials ship as research chemicals with research-oriented documentation only (e.g., identity, purity, storage for laboratory handling).
How should lyophilized research peptides be stored?
As a general laboratory practice, store lyophilized research peptides frozen, dry, and protected from light unless the lot COA specifies otherwise. Follow your institution’s validated laboratory SOPs for research chemical handling.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted methods are confirmed when you place an approved research order. Catalog pricing is for reference; invoices are issued for qualified research purchases only.
Can I get a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Email support@aminospure.com with the compound name and lot or order number. COAs support laboratory documentation; they are not pharmaceutical approvals.
Is AminosPure a pharmacy or telemedicine provider?
No. AminosPure is a chemical supplier of research materials. We are not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy under FD&C Act 503A, outsourcing facility under 503B, clinic, or telemedicine service. We do not dispense prescription medicines.
Who may purchase?
Buyers must be 21+ and represent qualified research, laboratory, or organizational use cases. By ordering you attest materials will be used only for lawful research/analytical purposes and not for human or animal use.
How do I place an order?
Add research chemicals to your cart from any product page, review the cart, then complete checkout with institution details and research-use attestations. Non-research orders may be declined. You can also email support@aminospure.com for institutional quotes.
